Cancellation Policy
At Smiley Janitorial Solutions we strive to provide exceptional cleaning services with transparency and professionalism. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask our customers to adhere to our booking policy. Bookings can be made online, by phone, or email, and require confirmation. Full payments are due on the day of service, and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. We offer a satisfaction guarantee and are fully insured for your peace of mind. Deposit: A 20–30% deposit may be required for large or one-time services (e.g., deep cleaning, move-in/move-out/sanitation etc.). The remaining balance is due on the day of service. Customers must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee. A 50% fee will be charged for no-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours). Customers can reschedule for free if requested at least 24 hours in advance. If the customer is not ready at the scheduled time, additional charges ($25–$50) may apply if the delay exceeds 30 minutes. If we are late, we will provide a discount (e.g., 10% off) or extend the cleaning time to make up for the delay. Customers can provide a key, access code, or be present during the cleaning. Please inform us if there are pets on the property. Pets must be secured for the safety of our staff. Customers can inspect the work upon completion. Within reason, if you’re not satisfied, we may re-clean the area within 24 hours at no additional cost. We are insured and will cover any damage caused by our staff. Customers are responsible for securing valuables (cash, jewelry, etc.) before the cleaning. We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise requested. If customers prefer specific products, they must provide them in advance. Additional services (e.g., window cleaning, laundry) can be added during booking or on the day of service. Let us know if you have specific requirements or areas of focus. Recurring customers receive a 5–10% discount on weekly or bi-weekly services upon booking or request. Recurring bookings can be paused or adjusted with a 24-hour notice.
